1.3.7 dev-2 missing files

Anyone manage to compile the latest development branch?
It seems the following files are missing: LayeredWindows.cpp and LayeredWindows.h

I was excited in the following discussion:
viewtopic.php?t=37228

and wanted to use the new functionality to show an image when the system is been taken over.

Any help would be appreciated.
