"trun off and on = sleep and resume ??" - Probably yes. When you turn it on, the initial screen appears "Resume from hibernation"
The suggested way to solve the problem does not work. In my opinion, the service will restart only if it had a crash. There is no such failure in the logs. Therefore, the service did not start either after 5 or 15 minutes.

I was able to repeat it.
On hibernation service shutdown gracefully, restart after error will indeed not work.

However, there is another annoying problem. If you start broadcasting the teacher's screen on 10-20 computers, then on 1-5 computers the teacher's mouse cursor is not visible after connecting. Sometimes students are helped by reconnection. For students, after connecting, the cursor appears for 0.5-1 seconds and immediately disappears. Moreover, students' computers with disappearing cursors are different each time.
Can this problem be corrected?

I can't create the same condition, so not sure if it's fix or not.
Can you give it a try
You could also set the mouse option(viewer) to server hande it, then the mouse is like a screen update.
No shape needed and you shouldn't have this ussue.

I tested the version of the program. The problem persists when the "Track remote cursor locally" option is selected. Choosing the "Let remote server deal with mouse cursor" option resolved the problem.
