Without a mouse ( headless system)
start->search [mouse]
Control your mouse with the keypad (part of ease of access)
[ON]
Now, your system thinks a mouse is connected even when you don't have one.
This shoudl fix it for vnc. Trick still works on WIN10

I only don't understand why it works with an old version...

testing server 2008 R2 (win7)
On this system it always works, with and without a physical connected and without the ease of access change.
Now testing on a win10 system

pull usb mouse, indeed the mouse is not longer visible on the server
track remote local works ( mouse local visible, not on the server)
I guess when you select let server deal with mouse, it will also be invisible on the viewer, not tested
enabling the easy of access trick, mouse visible on server

The ddengine capture the remote mouse...this didn't existed in the older versions

Thanks Rudi, the MouseKeys accessibility option worked. Like you said, I think this is a new ddengine issue, but luckily there is a good workaround.
