Help! ultravnc disconnect automatically once connected

Hi ! very good tool to use.

But for one of my client, when usinig sc, it just disconnected the session once we connected. Any clue??

well maybe giving us more details helps?

Id like to say if its actually connecting then it should be working.. however.. it isnt for you.

Let us know what version you set up and based on what viewer. That may help.. or just any details of what occurs...?
