WOW, it's working but I have no idea why. All I did, in frustration, was hard reset the modem, set up the port forwarding just as I had done. Sort reset the modem and voila!

unless opening ports and port forwarding are different the ports are opened.

I have a static isp. I can connect vnc via my local isp 192.168.1.65.

How do I connect from a remote computer? I cannot connect using my static isp?

I have the ports open. Something in the router is preventing VNC from connecting to my WAN. Tell me what you need to know to help me. Here is the ipconfig:

I have not used UVNC for some time. I downloaded and installed the program. Since I last had it running my hardware has changed and I am using an AT&T 2wire ADSL modem/router.

I can connect locally.
I cannot connect remotely using my static IP provided by ATT.
All the proper ports are opened and ...
