I solved adding on rules a range of ip with it's action.

I would like to set the user notification popup for incoming vnc connection with version 1.6.4.0.

In settings, tab Rules, I set the flag "Popup a timed messagebox..." and default query action to "Refuse".

Client use version 1.6.4.0 and if it connect to server 1.6.4.0 don't work, but I can connect ...
