Is it possible Configuring UltraVNC Server Properties During Installation?

Hello,
I need help. During UltraVNC installation, is it possible to set the properties of the UltraVNC Server Property Page arbitrarily?
For example, can the 'Connection notifications' option under 'Incoming Connection' be configured during installation?
