No Connection with SC

Establishing a connection with SC does not work.
This behavior occurs on several Windows 11 PCs 23H2.
Connections from Windows 7 or 10 in the same network work correctly.
I have already tried to start SC as administrator, no success.
Allow SC in the Windows Firewall program, no success.
