Windows 10 Pro x64 fully updated

I have been using 1.3.8.1.
Uninstalled completely and installed 1.4.0.5.

Cannot set port. It will not save or OK and always goes back to port 5900 and Auto when authorizing windows to save changes.

Tried multiple times with full uninstall and reinstall. Even ...
