Connect only with IP (V4), not with DNS-Name

Hello.

Since a long time, I have the following problem:


Connect with IP (f.i. 192.168.0.209) works fast and reliable.
Connect with DNS-Name show 'connecting' and after a while 'failed to connect to server'


IPv4 and IPv6 on both machines is enabled. I need this.
PING <DNS-NAME> with V4 and V6 ...
