Similiar problem here .

The following situtation repeat again and again:
Client reeze on Negotiate Protocol version ,
Server dead , refuse to connect ,
Client freeze ,
server dead ...

it keep repeating until once I reset the router . Then it allowed me to connect once . It works very stable even ...
