I was just asking in general - did [DIS_UAC] always turn off UAC during the session (and restored it upon exit) or is it a new feature?

I'm not talking about the specific fix that affected restoring, but about the general feature.

Made some test with unicode balloon I tried to run it and it doesn't do anything. It just show up as an taskbar icon. If I hover the icon, it even states "not listening". Using the zip and exe is a lot faster to test, you can see on the fly your helpdesk.txt changes. Very true, but it also means no digital signature...
