Thanks for the clarification Rudi.
Your note about the Reverse Connection using DNS to determine the protocol type gave me hope, but it didn't work as I expected.
Based on testing with a DirectAccess client (I'm testing Reverse VNC exclusively):

Re: ipv6 and 1211
With 1211 IPv6 version, UltraVNC works over DirectAccess. In my environment, it only works as a reverse connection, initiated from the server side with "winvnc.exe -connect". This isn't a problem.
The difficulty is that UltraVNC only listens on one protocol at a time, but the nature of ...

Re: 1.2.11 rc3
I just realized my error in the plan I outlined - my users don't have admin rights, so they won't be able to use a shortcut that modifies/overwrites the UltraVNC.ini file.

Re: 1.2.11 rc3
I'm also trying to get IPv6 working for DirectAccess purposes, but when I look at the Admin Properties of a running winvnc.exe, the option is greyed out.
This occurs whether I have it specified in the .INI file or not, and whether it's running as a service or not.
Is there any particular reason ...
