access_server.exe can't receive external connections

HI!

I have executed the access_server.exe in a server inside my network, and open ports 5351 and 5352 udp in my router to my server.

When i try to reach the access_server pchelpware can't connect, but i use it inside my network it is possible.

Is this a bug or am i doing something wrong?
