DDEngine doesn't work at one of my machines. When I make a connection to it, the tray icon says only "service" but not "ddengine". Any ideas to make it work?

I suppose this machine and os is nothing special. I'm running WinVNC.exe v1.3.8.1 under Win10_21H2 with Intel UHD-Display-Driver v31 ...

I'm sorry same problem with updated version. WinVNC.exe v1.2.2.3 works fine.
Nevermind, installed new v1.2.2.4 a second time, now it works, strange but true.
