Please help with encryption - check my config

Sup guys. I got UltraVNC SC working fine but am hung up with the encryption. I'm able to fire up the encrypted session on the remote PC and it does connect to the viewer but hangs and the remote control window never pops up (when using encryption). I had a hard time determining what exactly to do ...
