there is some advance in the problem. when i add an new client in the machine i want to remotly connect to. it opens a session but i can't control from the other computer.

when i try to connect to the server machine. the viewer i enter the password and get a black screen with the mouse cursor. the firewall on the server machine is off and they are both on the same lan. regular rdp connection works fine.
