SC Newbie

I have a Juniper Netscreen NS5GT router and I can't seem to get SC working outside of the LAN. What I have done:
-helpdesk.text

[HOST]
Joe
-connect 68.115.204.xxx:5500 -noregistry (This is my WAN ip address)
-My internal ip is 172.16.1.xxx:5500
-Port 5500 is forwarded to me

What am I doing wrong ...
