Forget previous post - after trying for a couple of days and having no luck, these files seem to be up again.

Is this still available

I would like to try this method as I don't have a fixed IP. None of the links for downloading the manual version (SCPROMPT ??) seem to be working.
Does anyone know if this is still avalable?
