Hi, finally i was successful editing the SC.
change log:
- added connection to a php page that register each connection (duration, customer id and operator id)
- in the helpdesk.txt i've put my own client id and operator id (binded with the ip)
- unique ip to connect at (like DIRECT directive ...

Hi @ all, i would like to know if the source code of the online creator is available...
If so, where i can find it? May it works on a linux server?

i have the same problem as yours... i need to recompile the source code because i want to modify the interface and to insert a timer.
