Rudy, three years ago, I've written tutorials on PCHelpware French: they are available from the french site http://www.jconseil.net .
Today, now I'm trying PCHelpWare V2 RC3 with computers running Windows 7 and prepare new french documentation on this version. There is no problem connecting locally ...
