Starting SC without UAC prompt
Currently the help seeking user needs admin rights to start the sc.exe . Reasonable admins won't give this credentials to their users even in small businesses. Alternatives like SCPrompt or ChunkVNC have the same problem.

Admin rights still needed?
Even with this setting the customer still needs admin rights for the UAC dialog popping up after starting scprompt.exe.... by editing the scprompt.ini ... To Look like this:
UseSC_Server=0
ServiceMode=0
Is there a way that the end customer doesn't get an UAC prompt?

Put a line containing [DEBUG] in the helpdesk.txt file and try again.
