UltraVNC

Hello, does some kind of UltraVNC software must be installed in a computer in order to be able to connect via Java to a remote UltraVNC Server?
I would like to use the Java version because the client cannot install the normal UltraVNC Viewer. So we are trying to connect to the Server via browser ...
