RSS (RemoteSupportSystem.com) purchase UltraVNC SC

As part of my job, I routinely use both CoPilot and UltraVNC-SC to assist folks. Tech folks might be surprised by how difficult simply downloading and running an EXE can be for many end-users. A well constructed Java applet could alleviate this hurdle... simply tell the customer to go to a website ...

This would be ideal for a reverse-vnc connection (ie. Single Click server), where the support staff already have their end configured, and just need an easy URL to point clients to.
