Here are the command-line parameters passed to vncviewer.exe:

192.168.148.201::5900 /autoreconnect 60 /reconnectcounter 10000

It appears to me that, as a result of the connection time out, vncviewer may be trying to display the status window (which it should not, since it's supposed to reconnect ...
