My AVG Pro just came up saying your latest version is a virus when i went to download it. I am thinking this is a false positive but we still can not have avg or any other virus program detecting this as a threat...

Then why not use your home as the repeater and use only mode II That way all the traffic is flowing through your home static ip so you dont have to use dyndns but dyndns should work provided it resolves the correct name. pchelpware with repeater in mode II will let the viewer and the server use the ...

pchelpware has limits due to its coding it could be a feature request we do have a subtopic for requests for the next version of it..
idea!!! I do recall pchelpware does have an addon for the single click gui maybe it has those options in it..

The main developer of pchelpware is focusing all his attention on Ultravnc at the moment and stopped development of pchelpware for the time being. This is way there is a patched version instead of a rel 1.1..

pchelpware is only one server and one viewer at a time it is not the same as single click...

well The connection is encrypted the only thing that i can think of is to use 7zip and encrypt your archive exe. Would make more work on the other side to use 7zip to encrypt it..

if you are using a repeater you can use multiple ports for each connection but only one server and one computer can be connected at a time..

Ok that is the standard repeater.. You will not need port 443 only the ports open and forwarded to your repeater computer You can use mode I if you choose too but I always used mode II If you are trying to provide helpdesk support for family friends etc you might want to look into pchelpware..:) www ...

I have ran pchelpware on amd and intels seems to work fine. The only issue i have had is firewall access. Sometimes the firewall on the machine stop it from running..

why not just use a dynalis instead of ip addres?? That way you can change the ip to whatever you want to be by just changing the dynalias account information when need be.

Are you using SCIII? if so you have to have port 443 just forwarded and not shared to make it work..
If you are using standard single click I would think you have an issue with forwarding.

need to have allthe above ports plus 443 if you want to use behind proxy.. Seems to work best if it has it own ip address to use..
