Some passwords fail to auth/lock account/crash vncserver

we're using vncserver and viewer version 1.0 RC18, mslogon enabled. some domain accounts fail to authenticate and then the domain account is locked (after only 1 attempt). also, some passwords cause vncserver to crash.

viewers mostly running on win2000 or xp, servers running on win2000 and win2003 ...
