Im having the exact same problem. I beleive you are suppose to use your routers IP address in the helpdesk.txt file. I have not tested this outside my network yet though, I also have a form up asking a question about this.

Im new to the uVNC SC tool, but I think I'm going in the right direction. So, today I set up port forwarding in my router to forward port 5500 to my computers IP address.
