Simply don't use the driver. Why do you need it?

Re: Portable version?
Hi,
simply download zip archive of 1.0.9.6 from here: http://www.uvnc.com:8080/downloads/ultravnc/94-ultravnc-1096.html
- if you only need UltraVNC Viewer, only copy vncviewer.exe to your flash drive
- UltraVNC Server - winvnc.exe - is also portable if you need it, all its settings are written in ...

Re: winvnc.exe -install not working on XP?
I think I just found the reason: winvnc.exe -install cannot be run from C:\WINDOWS (thought I don't see any good reason why not).

Re: winvnc.exe -install not working on XP?
Okey I have tested it on a fresh install and it works fine. But can't figure out what is different on system where it doesn't work. winvnc.exe -install gives no output, how can I find what's wrong?

winvnc.exe -install not working on XP?
Hello,
Is installing uvnc_service working on windows XP? For me it's not. When I run winvnc.exe -install in windows 7, service correctly appears in services.msc, when I do the same in windows XP, nothing happens. What am I doing wrong?

Re: Multiple connections with different server sidescale fac
I can confirm it is working as you described, but I am unsure if this
is the wanted behavior as in our working environment server is often
used in different scales at once (for example someone is monitoring
and someone remote controlling), I hope this solution is temporary.

Multiple connections with different server sidescale factors
Hi rudi,
please, will this issue be ever fixed? When you connect to the same server twice, using different server side scale factor setting, the first connection's framebuffer becomes broken because the second one applies different scaling factor. I believe this happens because server works with ...

And it's the same thing when I try serverside scale.
Example for 800x600 screen:

Hello,
please, why UltraVNC, unlike other VNC servers, sends initial black full screen size rectangle? For example I would like to get only 100x100 pixels from [0,0], in raw encoding. I send regular FramebufferUpdateRequest for 0 0 100 100, and what I get? Black fullscreen rectangle.
