SCvnc.exe now has custom application icon

When you create a SC exe, icon1.ico is used as application
icon for the generated exe.

It takes 2 seconds longer to generate, icon need to be replaced insite the exe.
I hope the server does not overload on simultanious generations.

Another SC Feature request

Sometimes, while fixing computers, a reboot is required. It would be very handy to have an option to click that automatically puts SC in the 'Run Once' key, so we don't have to tell someone to run SC after a http://www.papalocksmith.com/
