I actually have this exact same error. I am pretty new to UltraVNC, but here's what I did:

1. downloaded ultravnc and installed on my box (xp 32bit)
2. downloaded and ran the offline generator from [topic=7991][/topic]
2a. used 192.168.1.101:40666
2b. checked the "enable dsm plugin" but did NOT ...
