I just want to ensure I have understood you correctly. If [DIS_UAC] is placed in the helpdesk.txt file, then the user will need to verify one UAC prompt after which all other UAC prompts will be suppressed? Correct? If not, what is the purpose of [DIS_UAC]? Thanks.

Forgive me if this has already been answered somewhere, but is it possible to configure SC to allow the remote control party to click on the UAC prompts under Vista/Windows 7? It seems that the console user must approve all UAC prompts before control is returned to SC. I assume there must be some ...

Okay, it is working now. You can no longer specify the absolute path to the MSRC4Plugin.dsm plugin. It seems that the vncviewer.exe assumes that the plugin is in the current working directory. And, yes, I had to use the MSRC4Plugin.dsm that was generated by the SC Creator. Thanks.
