I re-enabled UAC and I just created a local user with Admin priv.
When I say ok after restarting the service and setting some admin properties, I do noticed the UAC details pointing to this file which appears ...

I am able to configure the uvnc server and connect with the client.
However, I made some modifications to the admin properties -- for example setting the port to 5999, using DSM plugin, allowing viewer keyboard and mouse inputs. I found these inputs are not saved more than several minutes before ...
