a reboot into safe mode with networking would be invaluable, should be easy to do by making a generic boot.ini file that loads on reboot but before this you backup thier boot.ini file to be restored after the reboot. what do you think of this idea?

thats understandable, what about the reconnection on reboot issue, will that be resolved in the package? also just to mention mcafee picks up vnchook.dll as a suspicious activity, didnt know if you was aware of that
