Just an idea- Add a very basic initial client GUI. Just a connect button and other essentials to get you in there. No wizards, restart etc. Then once the tech gets in they he hits a "tech mode" btn or something to that effect. Helps prevent really stupid user from getting anyway confused. My ...

just found UltraVNC and SC tonight.
As a fellow AutoITer, very nice implementation :)
