This applies to the Roll Your Own version.

In case anyone else runs into the same problem I did, I have found a working 7za.exe that can simply be downloaded into the /build_resources directory at http://svn.greenstone.org/release-kits/shared/windows/7za/ . I'm sure there's a better way to get this ...
