If you are using the UVNC viewer and not with a web browser try unchecking Enable java Viewer (HTTP Connect). Using a web browser doesn't work as well as the UVNC viewer. Java is a big resource hog. Once you run refresh it's worse everytime you click on refresh. After you uncheck java you will ...

Uncheck Java Http connect. This should be unchecked by default. We use UVNC but it has been getting so slow we have to ask the user what it says on the screen.
