exactly same dsm, same rc4.key ... they are working in encrypted connection. but i had to manually add them inside the SCG's sc.exe file ! why SCG is not putting them inside, thats the problem. if it ignores any subfolder, then it should use the files in the main/same folder !
but its not including even those ! (thats why i placed them even in sub-folders to chk if SCG can catch them somehow).
