It appears that there has been little or no activity in the SC3 forums(it is marked as closed but the new topic button looks like it works).
Is SC3 dead, and if so, what takes its place in the following case:

After more 1 000 000 (one million) views on forum for 1.5.0.x development versions... and 1.6.0.0 version
