I am also very interested in a solution, and also don't know what is meant by supplying an ID to the Viewer and SC.
In a hotel room it is impossible to open ports on the hotel LAN, so both SC and Viewer must be able to somehow connect to each other. Maybe a stupid idea, but what about a php script ...
