Hi,
The links to the xml solutions in your message seem to be broken. Not only that but, with my version of ZA (downloaded last week) I can't track down the settings xml file. I suspect that Zone Labs have taken extra precautions to protect the file.

Thanks again, but still no joy. ZA appear to have concealed the xml file at this point. The links in the other thread discussing this method are now dead.

Unfortunately, the solution you suggested does not appear to be available in the latest(?) version (7.0.408.00) of ZA Security Suite.
