Why does Oneclick reconnect.

When I disconnect the remote support session the customers PC reconnects again.
The strange thing is that I haven't choosen autoconnect or installed it as an service. SingleClick works great with the same helptesk.txt.

Any ideas!

And one more thing. Why didnt Oneclick disable the Aero Theme in ...
