Nothing wrong with the site, I have been using it successfully for quite a while. If you are using Firefox with the No Script add-on. you want to allow the uvnc. maybe the files in your .zip are incorrect...

Is this on a domain environment or a workgroup? When the ultravncsc.exe is launched on the host machine, it normally searches for the repeater specified in the helpdesk.txt.
