Can't get DSM plugin to work with Vista

Hi,

I'm new to this and attempted to setup access to help out my parents who are using Vista. Each time they attempt to connect they get an Invalid Protocol error, same .exe on an XP machine works no problem.

Is there a know issue with UltraVNC SC and Vista?
