SC across a proxy without a repeater?

I searched in the forum, but always I find ways to use SC in a net that has a proxy to exit to the internet the answers are using a repeater.

Is possible to add the proxy settings in the SC configuration and that it will go across it?
Like
proxy: 192.168.16.2
port: 8080
user: user
password ...
