Probably a small adjustment, but can it be possible for VNCViewer to accept the full unc name of computers (vnc servers) as well?
So "\\servername" instead of only "servername"
and:
"\\192.168.1.1" instead of only "192.168.1.1"

I understand what you're trying to do. vncviewer won't take %1 as a commandline argument.
