So I setup a server. Inside my LAN it works great! Whenever I have a client connect to me over the internet, it partially loads maybe 3/4 of screen at the most, not showing any desktop icons or the start bar... only the wallpaper. It will not force refresh and I have tried disabling direct x and ...
