I you can't see the UltraVNC-Icon in the System-Tray, then simply execute the batch a second time.

I forgot... you should close UltraVNC before you start the batch-file.

And what i have to say is that the batch-file is very usefull for people who have just downloaded the binary archive and not the Setup.exe.

Just download the binary file, extrakt it, then simply execute the "!!! install & start ...
